Then after seeing some results, you can increase the number of goals each Worker will need to meet. Engagement helps employees feel a part of the company. It allows them to trust and feel as if they are a part of the Team. When you ensure your employees feel as though they are working towards the same goals as everyone else at the business, then you're helping to ensure the success of the company in general.
